A bit about me….
Hi I’m Adam. My journey into fitness and health started later in life. I used to work as a glazier, spending hours sitting in a van, which left me feeling unhealthy and out of shape. At 30, I decided enough was enough – I Started going to the gym, stop drinking and eating healthier and within a few months had dropped just over 3 stone in weight. That transformation inspired me to change my career and focus on helping others do the same.
In 2014, I qualified as a level 3 personal trainer, and since then’ I’ve pushed myself further, running two ultra marathons. staying active, and constantly learning. In 2015 I qualified as an Olympic lifting coach and received my level 4 diploma in Applied nutrition and supplementation.
After injuring myself, and having treatment from another sports therapist, I decided I wanted to learn sports massage and help others also. In 2017 I received my level 3 diploma in sports massage therapy, which depend my understanding of the body and injuries. I spent 5 years working alongside chiropractors, gaining valuable hands-on experience and refining my skills.
In 2021, I completed my level 4 sports massage diploma, expanding my expertise in injury prevention and recovery. In 2022 I founded Physically Fit Sports Therapy where I combine my passion and experience to help clients stay active, recover from injuries, and achieve their goals.
Outside of work I am a family man with a wife and 3 kids! When I’m not working, you’ll find me at the gym, playing football, boxing, or enjoying life to the fullest. I believe in making fitness enjoyable and accessible for everyone – whether you’re recovering from injury, looking to improve your performance, loose weight, tone up, or just want to feel fitter and healthier.
