😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁 I originally went to see Adam around a year ago for ongoing problems with my right shoulder. After just one session, the improvement lasted almost a whole year, which honestly amazed me. Recently the issue started flaring up again, so I booked back in with Adam and once again he worked wonders. The relief afterwards was incredible — my shoulder felt noticeably looser and I had one of the best night’s sleeps I’ve had in a very long time. Adam is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understands the body extremely well. It’s also worth noting that he has extensive training beyond just massage, including personal training and rehabilitation work, so he really looks at the bigger picture rather than just treating symptoms temporarily. At this point, whenever I start getting aches, pains, tension, or stiffness anywhere in my body, Adam is genuinely the first person I think of going to see before anything else. He’s been brilliant for me. The location is ideal too — easy parking nearby and conveniently close to train stations and bus stops, which makes getting there stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with tension, stiffness, pain, injury recovery, or ongoing muscular issues. Thank you again Adam 🙌

I have been going to Physically Fit for just over 6 months for severe pain in my knees and I have seen a tremendous difference since going! Adam is brilliant and makes you feel comfortable and will explain to you the different muscles within the problem area and the reasons why they have been hurting. I would 100% recommend Adam to anyone who needs physio or thinking of starting :)

I’m currently training for a marathon and booked in with Adam—he’s been a massive help getting my legs ready for race day and easing any aches and pains along the way. He’s friendly, professional, and really knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Cannot say enough good things about Adam! He listened to my symptoms and within one session had my lower back feeling amazing. Massage, cupping, scraping and myofascial release have all worked wonders for me. He also offers a discount for vets football players and is never short of good conversation and tunes. He’s professional, friendly and great value for money. If you need a sports massage, you’re living with pain or just need a tune up…he’s your man!
